We were delighted to be contracted to build Transcare’s new workshop and offices for their Markham Vale workshop which will provide workshop-based maintenance services for commercial vehicle operators.
We were contracted to construct a 1374 m2 concrete floor slab for a temporary warehouse building
The projected consisted of:
Site clearance of the brash then breaking up the concrete. We then excavated and levelled the existing formation, before laying and levelling the recycled sub base.
The gas membrane was installed prior to laying the concrete. The concrete slab poured all in one day (400+m3) then power floated to finish.
Subcontracting for Transdek UK, we built the foundations for a lift system at Fowler Welch which supports the trucks in an efficient delivery and collection system.
The work was completed within 4 days.
We redeveloped this 3 bedroom semi detached dormer bungalow, transforming the layout of this stunning open plan home.
Prospare Ltd required an office and warehouse complex to accommodate a separate arm of the company.
We really enjoyed working on this project. It demonstrates the standard of our work and we established a fantastic relationship with the client.
Transcare required the construction of MOT Bays to carry out the MOT on HGVs. As always we went the extra mile to ensure a fantastic result.
Due to our fantastic relationship with Transcare, we were also asked to create an office extension.
We were delighted to take on the construction project of 8 luxury holiday lets at The White Horse, at Woolley Moor.
The rooms were energy efficient and almost sound proofed. Materials, fixtures and fittings were sourced locally to a high standard, ensuring we met with the client’s expectations.
The clients were delighted with the completed project, securing 86% average occupancy in their first year alone.
